For the first time @ DHL, I feel like they don't trust me enough to handle demanding MBUs.
Korea is such a demanding MBU and yet, I am still handing them. Most of the problem is from them. And frankly, I am really sick of all the twisted things they are creating. It is not my, DHL or forwarders fault that they do not have enough stock. Not enough stock, re forecast everything. You should jolly well know that economy is bad and since fiscal year is ending, there will definitely be changes of carriers and all. If carriers cannot provide an earlier schedule, what do you expect us to do?
I have done my part in this. Forwarding their shipment to meet dateline. I wasn't even the one who suggested for it to be air freight. So how is it my fault? Come on man!! You are short of stocks, you should have ordered more EARLIER! If you order earlier, stock out is not an issue.
I hope this will settle fast, cos frankly, I am beginning to think that all this problems is not worth the salary that I'm getting!
