Do you know how sucky it is to be sick?! It has been a long time since I was sick. Friday, I was on leave. Everything was OK. Went shopping at John Little with Jessie, Kaori and Dine. Then straight to Simei to have luch with Lulu and Malin. By the time we reach home it was already 5 plus in the afternoon. I took a nap and that's when it happened. I realized that my stomach was full of gas. And I'm not the kind who easily burp or fart. And so, it just stayed in. Wah! I was bloody uncomfortable. Ibu advised to rub Tiger Balm and I did. Wah. Then it started. The pain was unbearable. I was uncomfortable and pissed. Then straight to toilet. All that came out was water. I was beginning to worry as this has never happened to me before. So for the whole night, I woke up more than 5 times, just to vomit and pass motion. Can you imagine, all water. What made me panic was that one time I vomited, it was greenish molding colour. I was shivering and all.
So Saturday came and I still wasn't feeling well. I just feel like sleeping and sleeping and sleeping. But I was still bloody uncomfortable. By then, my chest felt so tight that small movements made me feel like I've run a mile. Unable to take it anymore, I showered and went to the nearest clinic. But it was closed. Menyumpah aku! I went back home and told Ibu I wanna go A&E. She panicked. As fast as a fox, she changed and in 5 minutes, Lulu, Ibu and me were in the cab to A&E. I still can't take in deep breaths.
Reaching A&E, you know we're supposed to take our temperature at the entrance right. When the makcik took my temperature, she was like' Eh, demam!' I was shocked. I didn't know I had fever. It was 38.5. Straight to the glass panel waiting room. Within 5 minutes, I was sent to the nurse, taking my blood pressure and all. Then 10 minutes later, to the doctor. Bloody cute doctor! Haha. But was very patient with me, considering I was very uncomfortable and rude.
Then he said that I need to go through X-ray and ECG, just in case if I am having heart problem.
All took about 30 minutes. Handed my X-ray to the doctor but he never called me back. Malin was getting impatient that she marched to the doctor's room and asked if my turn has been called. Poor doctor was confused. Didn't recognized me cos when he was checking me, I had the mask on. Then he told me all was fine except that I had too much gas in me. And that I need to eat regularly. Yada, yada yada, I was told to take the medications prescribed for me. Everything cost me $75/-. Nasib baik baru gaji.
By then, it was 9 plus and I'm super hungry. Want to Simpang. Now that I know nothing is wrong with me, I had my chicken chop. Haha! But we sat right in front of the TV and they had some soccer match on. Wah! Bloody loud. By the time the food came, Malin was already having a headache from the loud cheering. Then it was straight home. Took my medication and to bed.
Now I am awake. But Alhamdullillah, I'm feeling better. But I am still having the stupid fever. Oh yeah, because of this, I have to cancel my facial appointment with Kaori. Hmph! So sorry Japanese, we'll do it next weekend aite!
