I just found out a few days ago that not only Wendy is leaving, but Joyce too! Can you imagine how upset I am right now? Very! With Wendy leaving, I have to take Philippines. Now that Joyce is leaving too, I will have Malaysia again back on my list. Ever since Friday, I have been staying back at work to clear lotsa shipments. But somehow or rather, the work seems to be piling up more that it is getting lesser. Is there something that I am doing wrong? Haiz. I dunno.
Well, at least I know SBUX is hiring. This time it's not 1, not 2 but 3 headcounts. Alhamdulillah, we already hired one, coming in next week hopefully. Geraldine something her name. Not an ordinary girl...Haha! Think she is either a butch or a lesbian. Nothing against theit kind. I actually have lotsa friends like that. Just surprise to see SBUX hire someone like that. So that's one, 2 more to go.
Yesterday, Willie and Stephen was here. And so, I had my fair time with Willie, discussing about us SBUX. I dunno if you guys know about this but recently, SBUX US closed about 600 stores. SBUX AP had to cut down on their manpower. A few was asked to leave. Alhamdulillah, we in DHL are not affected. In fact there's good news for us. Remember the Kelong trip that SBUX AP sponsored? Yeah well, hopefully, we'll be going somewhere again. Maybe in December. I hope it's somewhere worthwhile. :) Oh by thw way, congrats to Suken, who was promoted to Supervisor, effective 1st Oct.
Today, we celebrated Aric's 30th birthday. Da tua Ahmad!! Haha!! Suken bought a cake at Prima Deli and we surprise Aric after lunch. I dunno how many times we have done this buy-cake-and-surprise after lunch. But I swear it works every time. Haha! Pictures below. Before that, speech for Mr Aric Ng.
Though I have known you for only a year plus, I feel like I've known you my
whole life. You're like a brother I never had! I hope you are happy going
through life everyday with bitches like us at work (that applies for only me and
Suken).
