Firstly, takziah to Fahmy's family. Losing Jidi yesterday must have been very hard for Fahmy's family. This is no easy for us as well, especially Malin. You see, we never had any Grandfather love. Both maternal and paternal passed away before we were born. So Jidi was the closest that we ever had. Well, we're not that close. Hardly spoken even, But the presence of a grandfather was always there. I think think, in Fahmy's case, it will always be there.
Work was hell this week. Everyday, I clocked out at 1930. Except yesterday, I clocked out at 2215. Sedihkan my life? Starting from next week, PHI will be under me. One more misery added to my life. Of all countries that Peter decided to take away from me, it's SNG. But I still gotta monitor cos it's just transiting. The only country that never drive me insane. But it's OK. Since I'm always up for challenges, I'm ready to take up anything in life. Woohoo!!
Let's see, what else about work life is there? Hmm. Despite the fact that SBUX US have been closing down, we in DHL remain unaffected. That's a relief. What's not a relief is the recession going on in SIN. That shook a few of us. As for me, right now what matter is that I bring home a decent amount for my family. I'm not saying that I'm satisfied with what I'm doing now. Insya'allah, will continue my studies soon. Hopefully, with the cert and experience, I will be able to climb the ladder bit by bit.
As you know, Wendy will be leaving us next week. This scare me. Because I know Wendy to be a great mentor. However, I was not able to ask her anything on PHI. I was super busy with my other countries. I hope I will learn from the previous shipments in the folders that she has passed to me. *crossing fingers*
Joyce will be leaving us end of this month. But Geraldine will be coming in next week, so hopefully, I will be able to have some time to breathe. But in the meantime, I will have MLY added to my me when Joyce leaves. So that's like what, 5 countries?

I need a break from the city. Can I go somewhere where there's beach and cigarettes and not much computers? A place where I can just chill , go out anytime I want, sleep when it's supposed to be wake up time. Hmm...I want that so bad. Cos I think I 'm gonna lose my head soon.
Today, I intended to wake up early and head to work. But I just can't wake up. Tiredness is catching up and that is not good. So woke up at around 11 plus by Mak Nah's call. Reminding me that I need to pay Zakat Harta and credit card bill. Yes I will Mak Nah. Today. You see, Mak Nah is my aunt, also my keeper. What's keeper? Someone who helps me save money. Haha. Never gonna find that in the dictionary, so don't bother finding. Yeah, so she will be the one keeping tab on how much I have saved that month and make sure I don't swipe too many times a month. Hehe! We were talking about my savings, life, education insurance and all some other personal stuff. Too many to list down.
