I was on leave yesterday. Don't ask why. Just wanted to stay home. Hehe! And so, I cleaned up a bit and cooked for Mom and Mira for breakfast. Entertained Myn for a while over the phone. Won't say what is it about but really hope you'll get it babe!! Can't wait!!!! OK side tracked a little. Sweet sour Chicken for them and KFC for Malin and me. Hehe!! The planned was to have Iftar with Fahmy and Malin. But since, Fahmy was on MC, he needs to rest, not to mentioned that he can't go far.

And so, at almost 6, Malin and left for IT Funan Mall. We ordered for Jessie and Kaori as well while waiting for them to come. By the time we brought the foo o our table, Azan berkumandang! And so, we break fast and all, catching up with work life, Malin and the other to girls getting to know each other better.

45 minutes later, we headed to Peninsula as Jessie and Kaori wanted to shop for skinny jeans. After walking for about an hour to look for it, we ended up at the first shop we went to that evening and they bought their much desired jeans. Then we all decided to walk to Bugis, getting a bit lost along the way, we had to stop and call Fahmy for directions. And while we are stopping, why not? Take pictures la. Hehe!! Bugis was not that crowded so it wasn't hat bad. But it was very hot, considering that I was wearing that Bolero! But we continued walking through the string of shops. Jessie and Kaori bought earrings. Jessie, a dress and Kaori 2 necklaces. Me and Malin don't really feel like spending so we just tagged along!

After about an hour there, we decided to head off to Geylang, as Mom and Mira wants to buy some Kuih Raya from Raja Kuih. We took the train there. Jessie was unable to follow us as it was already late and the fact that she live in Toa Payoh doesn't really permits her to stay too long in the east area. God knows what time she will reach home if she were to follow us o Geylang yesterday.

It was Kaori's first time there. To experience Geylang as it is in Ramadhan is very thrilling. Not a lot of things can be found during the other 11 months of the year, especially the kuihs....As we walked through the good food, colourful clothes and furniture, I pointed out and explained to Kaori of our traditional clothes, where it was originated and when do we put it on. She seems fascinated, and I hope my explanation was good enough. She had henna done on her hand. Malin was leading us to Dendeng the whole way. While trying to locate a dendeng store, we bumped into Myn and Family. Kaori introduced herself in Malay and Myn's Mom just laughed. Can't help it la. She is just cute when she does that. Even Malin had to laugh. And so, we bought Dendeng and let Kaori taste it. She said it taste like Salami. Haha!!

Met mom around 11 plus to buy Kuih. We bought Almond and Cashew Sugee and Prawn popiah (my fav!!). Kaori had a hard time if she wanted to get the Sugee or not. She got it in the end. She also bought a top from First LAdy. It's not really my type but she's the one buying it. Time flies fast and it was already midnight. So we had supper. What else?? PRATA!!!! Hehe!!
Ended the day around 1 am. So tired but it was all worth!! Picures!! Rest at Multiply.
