First day of work and first day of fasting after a week of not. It was not as hectic as I thought it would be. Despite the fuzziness in my head, I was able to survive the day without a hitch. During lunch, went to Signature to sign up for running every Monday. So we went there to take our height, weight, BMI and all. I am slightly over weight. Hehe! Need to really shape up man! I really hope to at least 5 to 6 kg. Not over the fasting month la, but I'm giving myself about 2 month to lose these extra baggage. Hehe.
Today, the day I have been hoping for. Iftar with my Malay colleauge, Maz. It was just the 2 of us. Reservation at 1830, Swensens, Changi Airport T2. Been such a long time. We were so famished. I ordered Salmon and mushroom in cream sauce and she ordered breaded chicken. Hehe! Then there was the Calmari Rings. And yeah, there was desserts. Hehe. We talked about our past, present and what we planned for the future. We talked so much that when it was Azan, we didn't even realized it! Hehe. Even while eating we were talking, getting to know each other better. She and I both, have our dark spots in life and hoping to continue life as brightly as we can. It was so much fun to have a colleauge who has went through as much as I do! I hope we will have more of these times in the future. Thanks Babe for the time!!
