I have been so busy the whole week. Four days straight I overtime. Since 2moro is a holiday, I intend to sleep like a log. Ever since taking over SNG, my life is suddenly very very busy. Haiz!!I hope the new CSR is capable enough to handle the job. Let's recap.
Started as usual on Monday, with THA order to allocate. Then the email started to come. Promotions la, enquiries on Air, Sea and Courier for MLY, THA, SNG and IDO. By 1500, I was still doing THA order, while waiting for all enquiries to come back. I had my first Store Order for SNG. They are ordering furniture from our DC in Futian. So I allocated the orders and shipment will be shipped by end of this month. It was easy. Haha. Of course, since I know the procedures and all. Only that instead of exporting from DC to other countries, I'll be importing it to Singapore. Heard that SBUX SNG have 2 women who are very very bitchy!!But no worries, I can handle them. So communicated with Ms SJ (2nd witch, 1st witch is Ms EN) and all is fine. On Tuesday, I was waiting for my IDO order and it never came. IDO is another client that always takes their own sweet time to do eveything. And they never instruct properly. Tuesday was ok la. Had to do some follow up for all countries.But it really kept me busy because I was busy assisting Mr AM. Can't argue, he is very busy. IDO order confirmation came on Wednesday, making my life miserable because by then, MLY have already dropped their order and I was waiting for the confirmation. So I was doing my IDO order on Wednesday evening because, I have some trouble trying to find an available vessel for WH shipment. Today, I had to do my MLY order. Since MLY os having a holiday, so I am a bit relieved from their enquiries. If not, I will be bombarded by thousands of questions. THA order for next week also dropped today, but I will only start allocating on Monday. Just now was the most craziest moment. I have until 1930 to try to clear my inbox. And for the first time, I did not manage to clear. There are still lots to allocate form Seattle which I have not done. Ms OSA and me were the only one left for the day in SBUX dept. And both of us were struggling to finish everything. And I just remembered that I did not set my Out-of-Office Auto message. Hah! What the hell! Like I would remember. Anyway, remember the over-ship problem to THA [Recap: March 14]? Well, PHI wanted the shipment to be forwarded from WH, meaning we will have to ship it back to SIN and then allocate to PHI. But Mr WL managed to convinced them to ship direct from THA. So we decided to arrange that. But then, there was some problem. PHI wanted to use their own forwarder. But they have no experience in exporting coffee beans from THA. In order to export, they will have to have an export permit, which will take about a month. By the time export permit is ready, PHI promotion period is over and the beans will be of a waste!! So now, we are waiting for DHL THA to assist if we can shorten the period of time for the export permit. I hope by Monday, Mr WL will be able to help.
Oh yeah, had a chat with one of my former colleagues just now. Ms AJ, a message to you, please be strong in whatever you are going thru. I now you can make it babe. It will take time and hopefully, everything will be well, insyaallah. Miss the times when we talk.
This coming Sat will be our SBUX BBQ/. I'll be the only Malay girl there as Ms Lcl have other plans and Ms MZ do not know if she will be coming because her boyfie so hates MrWF (taking care of our WH). Not too sure of the story la. So it's just me and the rest of the mandarin and a minority of hindi and indian speaking people. Haiz. Gd luck to me man!!!
